Started by Ben and Aileen Allen in 2020, Inside Media has grown from a husband and wife team to a full media agency working with top real estate agents in Spokane and North Idaho.
We are bringing the same team and the same standard to the Tri-Cities. Whether it is a regular neighborhood house, a simple plot of land, or a massive luxury estate, we put in the effort to showcase every property in its best light.

What areas do you cover?
Spokane, Coeur d’Alene and the surrounding areas, and now the Tri-Cities including Kennewick, Pasco, Richland and West Richland.
What is included in a bundle?
Every bundle includes a free single-property website for the listing. Photo packages also include a free 2D floor plan, and land packages include property lines at no extra cost.
Do you shoot drone and twilight?
Yes to both. Drone photos start at $150, drone 360 tours are available, and real twilight photos are $300. If the schedule or the weather will not allow a real twilight, we also offer virtual twilight at $25 per photo.
Can you do 3D tours and floor plans?
Yes. Matterport 3D tours start at $175 and Zillow 3D tours start at $100. A 2D schematic floor plan is included free with real estate photo packages.
Do you shoot land and commercial?
Yes. The Land Kit is $400 for up to 20 acres and $500 for 20 to 150 acres, with property lines included. We also shoot Airbnb and short-term rentals, designer portfolios, and branding photos and video for agents.
What if the house is not photo ready?
We keep a prep list you can forward straight to your seller so the house is ready when we arrive. We also offer virtual staging and virtual decluttering at $30 per photo if a room needs help.
